New manager and staff are absolutely amazing! clearly they revamped, got myself a classic roll and a chillata, super good and fast! OH they have a drive through!!!
You have an older blonde headed woman, maybe 55-60 that could certainly put a smile on her face and look pleased to help with your order. I have come in multiple times and she is rude each time. I have worked in customer service all my life and that's one of the most important things in your business. Please review your front counter employees and make sure they are making a good name for your business. The younger employees are welcoming, but this older woman needs to go.
