Waste of money! Their cinnamon rolls are dry and not worth the money at all. The staff were no where to be seen when I walked in and I waited for a little bit before someone came.
The staff were super friendly, the store was clean, but the cinnamon rolls were dry and kinda gross. They had good flavor, just dry!!! Barely edible.
Mine and my wife’s Cinnabons were delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The building looks new and was very clean. We almost didn’t go for the bad reviews, but we were sure glad we didn’t follow the crowd who apparently have unusual expectations, because our experience was total opposite of what others were saying.
I had a late night craving for something sweet and bought the original roll. Not only was I overcharged, but the cinnamon roll was room temp and hard at the bottom. Definitely a waste of $6, for a less than mediocre dessert. You’re honestly better off buying Pillsbury cinnamon rolls from the grocery store.
