Workers are incompetent and untrained. They don’t know how to charge guests properly when it comes to gift card. I was questioned about my order multiple times, was denied certain toppings on ice cream (which is silly), and when I asked for a manager in order to figure out how to pay as I had gotten ice cream, I was told he was away on vacation .
