Churro sticks were very hard. Properly made, churro sticks should be crunchy outside with almost a custardy middle. These were HARD I could have chipped a tooth. I will never buy again.

So disappointed in this Cinnabon inside a Meijer that I go to several times a week. This was my first time ever going to a Cinnabon and my experience was so poor that I will never go back to any location ever. I got a 4 pack of BonBites and they were AWFUL. They were old, hard, and tasteless. For the price of $4.55 I was expecting something soft, fresh, and mouth watering delicious. Instead I was left feeling like I was robbed. I came in specifically for the featured CinnaSweeties with strawberry cheesecake topping, and the experience was really disappointing. They sold me old, stale, and cold CinnaSweeties that clearly weren't fresh. On top of that, they didn't even add the strawberry cheesecake topping that was advertised in the promo. I had to go back inside and ask them to fix it, which shouldn't be necessary when you're paying for a promotional item that's supposed to be prepared a certain way.
