They have coupons that are redeemable only in-store. I’ve used this coupon a few times with no issues other than them not having mini bons ready. Today i went and they told me I had to redeem in the app. They weren’t trying to help and were more concerned with talking about the way people dress at the mall.
I placed an order on the app for delivery more than an hour before closing. They canceled my order because it was “too late”, but still charged me for it. I called customer service for a refund, but have yet to hear back from anyone or get my money back.
The general manager at this Cinnabon was SO kind! She legit went above and beyond for me, and I enjoyed the freshest most delicious gooey Cinnabons I had eaten in years (since the Plaza Cinnabon location opened around 2020–also recommend). I am SO glad we finally have a legit Cinnabon rolling fresh rolls here in Overland Park with a super kind and professional general manager.
