Went there yesterday and unfortunately wasn’t able to place an order. There were 4 or 5 employees who clearly saw both me and another customer waiting, but no one acknowledged us or even let us know we’d be helped shortly. Most of them were talking and laughing among themselves. After about five minutes of being completely ignored, I left. With that many staff on hand, it’s unclear why no one was assigned to take orders.
My only complaint is the cutlery, this fork is so flimsy can we please do better.
Stopped by the Cinnabon at Bayshore while shopping — the smell was tempting, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The staff (teenagers) behaved unprofessionally, playing with napkins and gloves, and basic hygiene standards were lacking (one employee had a beard with no hair covering). A fresh batch of buns came out while we were there, but they looked very messy, with icing applied carelessly and no quality control. We ended up leaving without buying anything.
