Thursday around 8 I was really disappointed with my visit to Cinnabon. The place smelled amazing (as expected), but that’s honestly where the positives ended. The service didn’t help either staff seemed uninterested. On top of that, some short spanish lady who doesn't wear her name tag was too busy to serve customers, apparently her phone call was more important then customers, after waiting a few minutes I decided to walk away and find somewhere else to get a snack
Food is alright but expensive.. I don’t think health standards are being followed properly, please change gloves if you touch your phone (why are we playing on phones at work?). Management doesnt care about this, yelled at the worker for spilling a drink instead
