Received terrible service from the SAT Cinnabon. Waited in line for 10 min plus to order a pack of Cinnabons to take home post flight. The customer service rep said they were only sold individually even though the sign clearly advertised multi packs. The rep said they were out of multiple packs but there were plenty of rolls available if he was willing to box some up. Overall not worth it. Their menu is cut in half to what a Cinnabon normally offers (for example, they had no cold brew coffees and were out of cinnabites by 3 PM). Their coffee cups leak and the creamer is on the ordeing line, so it's super uncomfortable having to go back the line and grabbing some creamer. The service is friendly and helpful, other than being out of almost everything.
Very rude staff. Saturday AM and they were out of food and out of cash. Employees were not at all apologetic for the lack of food or service. Acted like it was my fault. Obviously stems from poor management.
