At opening there were only six dried cinnamon rolls which were obviously left over from the previous day. There were two orders and one was for six cinnamon rolls. I was always under the impression that employees reported up to an hour earlier so as to be ready for customers when the establishment opened. And then the employee could not pry the pastry from what looked wax paper and literally butchered the paper and pastries trying to do so. Needless to say, I left.

This location is always out of Cinnabon dough, icing and product. Wait times are always 30 minutes to an hour. If your management is unprepared so is your team!

This is definitely not the Cinnabon I grew up on. The ambiance could use some work. The Cinnabon could have fresher and warmer. I haven't been to a Cinnabon in years and probably won't be going any time soon unfortunately. Maybe I just grew up but this was my birthday treat.

This was my first time going to this location for a Cinnabon, and upon entering I had to immediately turn around and leave. The poop smell was so bad, when I asked why it smelled that way the employee said it was the grease pan. Terrible ventilation, I will not be going back.
