Went for a Classic Roll to enjoy a Pregnancy Craving, but am very disappointed. The roll is very hard, and almost seems as like it was microwaved at the moment. Taste almost a day or two old.. will not be going back, a refund should be given.
The rolls were not fresh at all. Seems crunchy and day old. The service was so very slow. They had rolls in the case but it took about 10 minutes after my order to put them in the box and give to me. They do not sell small containers of extra frosting they charge $4 for a container that would hold cup worth of frosting.
This is the second time I ordered a Cinnabon in the past weeks, and again was very disappointed with the quality of the product. It was not fresh and it was hard like it was re-heated multiple times.
I stopped in late morning and grabbed a "center of the bun" to snack on. Now I know that there are timers they use for cinnamon buns, and when that timer goes off, the buns are to be turned into the "center of the bun" or discarded. So the center of the bun is often just a bun that went past that timer, got torn apart, mixed up with a bunch of icing to coat it all, and then put in a cup, covered, and kept warm. The boy working was very rude lazy I spent $30 on a six pack and they looked like they had been sitting there all day.
