Usually Cinnabon is good. We didn't want any food today just hot water to warm up breast milk for our 6 month old. Apparently giving hoy water away is taboo and you have to buy something to get hot water. I won't be visiting Cinnabons anymore unfortunately.
The girl working was very nice and went the extra mile to fulfill a special request for my wife. It was greatly appreciated!! Bravo!
Arrived to the airport 🛫 hours before my scheduled flight. I decided to purchase a classic roll and a bottle of water. The young man who waited on me was friendly. My total was over $11. He asked if I was military 🪖. Informed him I am a disabled veteran then showed him my id. I received a shocking 25% savings on NY two items. Friendly guy at the counter and sinfully delicious treats.
Waited at the counter for 20 minutes. The two ladies finally walk up to the counter after a “10 minute break” but instead of wait on me, they take personal phone calls and continue to ignore me. Absolutely ridiculous. 0 STARS isn’t low enough.
