I called this location before heading across town. I should have gotten the females names, but I specifically asked if they honored a promotion before I arrived and she told me yes, as long as I download their app. I arrive there, and no one is at the front counter. A female approaches the counter with a headset on and just stares and me with no greeting and tells me they don’t honor the promotion. What a waste of time! This was also my first time at this location and it was a poor experience!
They should just close the Cinnabon part if they aren’t going to keep them fresh. I got a center of the roll, which is SUPPOSED to be the moistest of the cinnamon rolls offered, but mine was dry as the Sahara and stale. BIG waste of money.
