Due to the window facing the road, I see why some customers orders are incorrectly taken. Rather than have a display case to hold the product, they were just sitting on the counter. We got a few cinnabons to take home for the family to try and 1 individual so we could see the difference. The ones in pack were fresher and no where near as dry as the individual one. Just moved to San Antonio and saw that there was an actual Cinnabon spot out here. I was skeptical at first because I’m use to the one back home where I’m from in Cali. I pulled up and was assisted by Lidia and she helped me by suggesting some new options other than the classic roll. Thank you for that.
