I was on the line for 5 minutes. The cashier asked me if I wanted the packs that was in the counter but I decide to order a new ones because looks so fresh and delicious . It was worth it so good :)
i waited for 10 minutes to get nothing. the workers was trying her best to ignore me, gave me an awful look, and said, “you want something?” i just left after. like yeah?? obviously if im waiting for you to serve me then yeah? literally so disappointed
I placed an online order for my free coffee they sent me for my birthday and on the app it does not allow you to customize it or ask for whip cream so when I went in I asked for whip cream the lady said she would do it looked at my slip and totally disregarded the whip cream I’m guessing because my order was free but how does that make any sense? If there was an up charge for whip cream or whatever the case was I would of payed for it but to just brush it off and not say anything is ignorant and to top it off the coffee was ... read more
They gave my husband food poisoning. They don’t wear gloves to prepare food. They don’t answer the phone for me to report it.
