Rude and disrespectful staff. Not helpful at all. Got a mobile order and it was not the proper way I requested. I called and asked for help and they were rude offering no help.
Had my very first Cinnabon at this location. Was delicious. The guy behind the counter was very accommodating to our choices (let us pick which one we wanted) and in a way it felt like he knew which ones were the best. Another review saying it was uncooked in the middle? Mine was cooked fully through but lowkey I wish I had their one! Love a slightly undercooked centre with my desserts
The cinnabon’s i bought were stale and dry. I regret supporting this new store, i was excited that there’s a new branch but not anymore.
