I don't know where those reviews came from, perhaps some sort of rivalry on this freakn Brighton ,but I took Cinnabon yesterday evening and today - both times superfresh and very polite staff.
They ALWAYS make a bunch of cinnamon buns before hand so they are NEVER fresh. Your best bet is to get a pack because they are already old. The problem then becomes they are stingy with the frosting, as someone who used to work at Cinnabon the frosting is free when you buy the premade packs but they don’t offer you any and if you ask they give you 2 frostings for a 6 pack or more.
