Better than the one on 3rd Avenue and 149th street, but still dry!!!! Why do they skimp on the icing so much!!?!?
Very Good and sweet fresh
So I ordered a double chocolate Mocha chillata, but they brought out a mochalatta chill, I explained this isn’t what I asked for and then I asked for a refund they refused to give me a refund, and they proceed to argue with me, when I’m paying for a service you should be providing hospitality and service but they argued with me instead, I took a picture of the place and the girl asked me why I’m taking picture, it continued to escalate, that is not what customer service should be and what the company reflects
BUYER, BEWARE… After learning there was a Cinnabon on Fordham Road, I decided to check it out. Talk about DISAPPOINTMENT, I am still looking for the cinnamon. Photos enclosed. They are very DRY. If you are used to cinnamon oozing out of the bun, NOT happening… Why, call them Cinnabons, when there IS barely any cinnamon?
Very good service, I will come more often. I love the cinnamon sugar nuggets, and the mini pretzel hot dog! They were delicious, like fresh out of the oven. Super yummy. The service was fast and efficient. Thank you.
