Unfortunately, this is the closest Cinnabon to my home. I really love Cinnabon—their cinnamon rolls are always fresh and delicious. However, I’ve had a bad experience here more than once, and the issue is the service. There is one employee who is consistently rude and makes you feel like you’re bothering her just by ordering.
