Order coffee and cinnamon rolls and the cinnamon rolls arrived cold coffee tastes like flavored water and it didn’t come with straws. Although it was through DoorDash, the ice in the coffee was not melted much meaning the coffee here sucks.
Door was open, sign for open was “on” but no one was working 5/31/26 at 8:10am. I checked the bathrooms, knocked on the back room door and tried calling.
Posted hours said they opened at 7am, got there today at 8am and they were closed. Tried calling and no answer.
On Tuesday, September 23, at around 10:20 PM, I went with friends to grab Cinnabon and was treated extremely rudely by staff. Although the posted hours indicated the store was open until 11:00 PM, the door was already closed. When I asked if I could still order, a staff member came to the door and responded “no thank you ” in a very dismissive and rude tone and closed the door harshly when I can clearly see the stuff I wanted to get in the shelves.
