Put my order ahead of time at 5:30p. They closed at 6p. The woman who was working refused to make the order and lied saying I put my order in 5:59p (I have the evidence to prove it was at 5:30). She was not kind when she spoke to me. I emailed Management to get a refund and they told me I had to contest with my bank because they couldn't issue me a refund? I showed up at 10:45 and got told that the lady did not get paid until 11 and that all the time before 11 is her time to get the store ready. Why does your hours state 10 AM then? are you not paying this individual and she’s working for free? or is she bullshitting me? department of labor i’m sure would love to hear about this.
Extremely rude, was about to close and responded to us very disrespectfully after getting ready to order. I understand she was about to close but she didn’t have to snap at us for no reason. See a lot of ratings complaining about the same lady, and clearly the management hasn’t taken them into consideration gotten rid her smh. Was craving it but instead just walked away from her rude attitude.
She is very rude .. extremely disrespectful and rude . She has horrible manner. No need to identify which one. You will find out right away when you step in front of the counter to place your order This is my 2nd time going there 2 days in a row. Got the same rude manner from her.
Best Cinnabon I’ve been to in my life wow. Yall don’t let the reviews fool you. Go here! And I wish I remember who gave me great costumer service it was a woman who was friendly and awesome!
