Was 2nd in line and waited about 10 minutes to place a order. The employee (an older lady) came out with a fresh tray of the classic Cinnabon and started boxing them up and bagging them and gave out every one to waiting customers. The girl running the counter then came and told us it would be 40 minutes before anymore would be ready. The saw us in line and could have told us sooner. I've never seen a Cinnabon without rolls being ready. Pretty disappointed and disrespectful making us stand there.
i was walking out the mall and decide to get a cinnabon but they didn’t have much left to offer so i was getting rush through my process but the mall didn’t close until 6 clock and it wasn’t no where near 6 , teach your employees customer service thank you .
Man Listen 🗣️ I tried the chocolate chip cookie cinnamon roll and it’s the best dessert I’ve ever tasted in life… I’ll be back tomorrow. The raspberry lemonade frozen was delicious as well but them cookies 😫 I love…
