Yesterday for the very first time I went to go get some Cinnamon rolls for Family that was visiting. I will never again go to this place and Prescott! Bought plenty of time in Glendale, but never tried the ones here in Prescott. So disappointing so small whoever heated them up nuked them so it was a gummy mess, it was either that or they were undercooked. It was so bad that we ended up, throwing away most of it, which is more like all of it since they were so small.
So I've never really had many issues so to speak at this location since they've opened, but the two things that I've never come to fully understand is one: why don't they ever have anybody running that side of the store (cinnabon side) at any given time, and second: why don't they have a doorbell or anything that lets them know that there's somebody in the store in general? Everytime I've tried to get Cinnabon for a coffee or just some rolls, I leave disappointed. When I went to get n iced coffee, the workers told me they didn't know how to make it. So we left. This time, I asked for some of the caramel pecan rolls, she said they would be coming right out but we waited while we served other people that came in before us and then ignored us so we left again.
Came in to cinnabon at 10:30 this morning and when I ordered two cinnamon rolls they pulled them from the ice cold pan and then microwave them is that what cinnabon does now those are cold cinnamon rolls you sell people that have been sitting there for hours do better cinnabon if your charging $6 for a hot fresh cinnamon roll and your microwaving them shame on you and the girl would who's working the window you really shouldn't try to lie when people can see what you're doing. Wow
Who doesn't like Cinnabon? They also have blended fruit drinks for a healthier choice. Very quaint. Great customer service.
