The manager is incredibly rude and they dont know how to work their own gift card system.
ABSOLUTELY disgusting service today. My husband and I went to go get cinnabon today at this mall (never been here before) and this young asian man was behind the counter doing something, of course my husband and I patiently waited for him to help us. We silently waited (he looked up a few times at us and said nothing) then two young ladies came up to the counter next to us about 2 minutes later(we were closest to the guy and he was aware we were there) THIS man proceeded to IGNORE us and walk over to help the young ladies. They don't wash their hands when handling food literally lost my appetite immediately after the worker wiped his nose visibly in front of me after ordering .. Just be careful ask how long the food been out ask them to wash their
