No one at the counter when I went to this franchise, 05/20/24 @ 0900. I knocked on the counter, and a female voice answered from.... somewhere. She apparently had been hiding from customers, playing with her phone, when I visited. I ordered a 4 pk, and she appeared very flustered; she abruptly packed the food and brusquely told me to sign the receipt. She also forgot my order of coffee.
