This was a while back at this point, but the day before father's day- my little sister and I went to order, and the guy working asked us to wait a moment. I understood because I get how it is working customer service. He came back and we ordered what we wanted, but we didn't know that toppings came with one of the orders. We hardly ever go to Cinnabon- we genuinely just didn't know.
