I recently visited Cinnabon and attempted to place an order, but despite being ahead in line, the lady behind the counter prioritized serving a Spanish-speaking woman who was behind me. The atmosphere felt unwelcoming, with both the employee and woman behind me rolling their eyes. It was disappointing to experience such disregard for customer service.
