On January 28, 2026, around 4:38 PM, I had a wonderful experience with both the staff and the service. The gentleman assisting me was attentive, professional, and clearly took pride in keeping his workspace organized and running smoothly. The Cinnabon was fresh, warm, and exactly what I needed for a perfect snack. Overall, it was a very pleasant visit. All reviews reflect my individual customer experience, including interactions with staff and overall service.
Customer service was on point. Vinicio gave was very helpful and patient will taking our order. The other staff members were also attentive on helping with our order.
If you've never been to a Cinnabon, you must go. This place is heavenly. As for this location, it's not the best. The cinnamon rolls are legendary and good. A mall staple for a reason. If you want desert and are restricted to this mall and this mall only, go ahead.
