Did not get what I had ordered and wouldn’t remake it for me
I recently visited Cinnabon and attempted to place an order, but despite being ahead in line, the lady behind the counter prioritized serving a Spanish-speaking woman who was behind me. The atmosphere felt unwelcoming, with both the employee and woman behind me rolling their eyes. It was disappointing to experience such disregard for customer service. I left without making a purchase. Overall rating: Zero out of ten. If you're black, it seems you're not welcomed here.
