Cinnabons are our families favorites. We leave the mall everytime with sweet treats. Well... not tonight. They "ran out" of hot rolls, refused to sell pre-made items because it was reserved for tomorrow's sales, and then ended the conversation with there system going down. So no sweet treats... but we did get to deal with horrible customer service and crap attitudes. Maybe the gals that work night shift should focus more on making amazing Cinnabons to make sales instead of trash talk of sugar daddies and your dislike of cert... read more
We stopped here at Cinnabon and Destiny, Robert and Roy were so kind. If you looking for good customer service and good patience and down to earth folks and overall good cinnamon roll fresh and hot this the location to go!!!!
Young girl working the register tonight was absolutely unprofessional, ghetto, and unsanitary. Looking through the reviews now it I think it might be the same young lady everyone else is taking about. How is she still working here?
