My only thing is people need to Say more then just "Look at you " like me Spending money is Ruining yourday, I walked up. The staff was incredibly kind and clearly working very hard, so I really wanted to have a positive experience. Unfortunately, I couldn’t overlook several food-safety and cleanliness concerns. I noticed food being handled without gloves, utensils that didn’t appear to be cleaned between uses, and no protective hair coverings. I also saw boxes being unloaded and placed directly on the food preparation area while food was being made. Julian and Joe were so nice and welcoming! I definitely love this Cinnabon location. The customer service is always amazing, and I have a great experience every single time. Highly recommend!
This place sucks, workers are unpleasant, always an extremely long wait and having to wait on buns to be baked. Everytime.
