I went here to get some Cinnabon‘s And I wanted a four pack which I didn’t have available so I was told that it was basically just two dollars more if I got the six pack at $26 and some change but my son also wanted one to eat and I wanted one to eat so I didn’t want a six pack of cold Cinnabon so I said hey can you just give me six of those that you already had that are warm and all of a sudden the price was now $36 and they explained to me that because they were hot that constituted a $9.75 additional charge. Cinnamon rolls are never fresh… ordered in store a variety pack and they took it off the shelf they had there. No frosting on the rolls very disappointed :( especially with them raising the price
My wife snd i was at the mall and wanted a bun. It didn’t have alot of icing. The employee refused to add more icing when asked yet saying we would have to pay for it. Back in the day they use to put icing on the bun at no extra charge. Just completely poor service.
