Just had the most amazing experience courtesy of Melissa! I’m not overly familiar with Cinnabon personally, so when I went in to get stuff for a friends birthday, Melissa was so incredibly helpful and personable. As someone who had worked in customer service for a very long time, it was very refreshing to see!
I came to Cinnabon last night. There was only one helpful woman that works there. She said her name is Reyna, I think. She is very sweet and is willing to help anyone. There were two other women working last night and both had a bad attitude and were really rude.
