Drove from Wisconsin for the butterbeer promotion. When we got there and the staff said there had no idea and to come back at 1pm, like 4 hours later. So instead we had to drive to another location that knew what they were doing. Poor management and unapologetic staff. Do not recommend visiting this location.
Fatima aka the team lead was being rude, told her me and my bf were picking up an order, completely looked up at us and went back on her phone texting. As we waited for 5-10 mins, she was still on her phone and not packing the order we came for.
The young lady who made the Cinnabons yesterday was on point resl good taste fresh
I never have a problem with food only drinks here. I ordered a vanilla iced colatta and it was WATER WITH MILK. You can’t even ask for a refund if your drink is watery . You will have to pay for another drink and I had to buy a hot coffee and I never got a receipt for EITHER ORDER.
