I order from this location on DoorDash as my weekend treat so frequently that they remembered me and wrote this sweet note on my bag🤣 The rolls are always delish and the note made me smile. Sweet treats and sweet staff! Thanks Cinnabon crew

Ordered delivery from here. They pushed the order back continuously over 2 hours before it was ultimately cancelled. If you can’t do deliveries don’t accept orders. But beyond that you kept us waiting for hours only not to get any food. Shame on you!

So I go over there and I ask for a 4 pack to go. Mind you this is two o'clock in the afternoon and they tell me they don't have any. I said, well, you have 6 packs.Can't you take 4 and put them in a 4 pack for me?No, sir, we can't break them up.We'll have to charge you individually she says. Then I say , you have a sheet pan full right there , and she tells me well , they're for single orders. Worst experience ever. Purchased 4 cinnabuns total and at least 2, if not more, were uncooked in the middle. The other 2 were consumed by children and were probably not done either and they just didn't realize it. Upon returning to the store, staff were very unprofessional and argumentative. Even going so far as to challenge one of us to a fight... And this was a "supervisor". All totally unnecessary.
