Worst experience ever. Purchased 4 cinnabuns total and at least 2, if not more, were uncooked in the middle. The other 2 were consumed by children and were probably not done either and they just didn't realize it. Upon returning to the store, staff were very unprofessional and argumentative. Even going so far as to challenge one of us to a fight... And this was a "supervisor". All totally unnecessary. This place is bad
Absolutely terrible experience. The manager, Heather, is terrible. Usually have no issues with Cinnabon, including this location. I ordered three Cinnabons on 11/07/2025. None of them had barely any icing on them and were very small (see photo for example). Reached out to Cinnabon the next day, 11/08, hoping they would at least offer us free Cinnabons on a return visit.
