i went to this location today and I had a horrible experience. When I went to the counter, a young girl asked to help me. I told her that I wanted a large bun and then I pointed to a specific bun. She looked at me with a nasty look and she cut me off started to tell me how much my order would be. She didn’t know if I wanted something else or not, she just gave me a total. Located in the mall. Customer service was Well Needs To be worked on. Items We’re just put on counter and then slide to you after paying.
The manager was doing bogo deals on 6 packs of Cinnabon to the 2 people ahead of me in line. When I inquired about it she was rude and dismissive. I suppose it only applies to certain customers. I bought a pretzel last week at the Auntie Anne's thats attached to Cinnabon and the other employee was also rude. Horrible service to overpay for a cheap product.
