This was probably my first or second time here at Cinnabon, and both Matthew the young man at the counter and Oriana the young lady in charge were both very polite and executed a speedy and effective service. Not gonna lie, I'll probably come back.
I hate to leave reviews like this, but this location is so unbelievably unorganized that it’s overwhelming for them to get two customers at the same time. A 25 minute wait for one churro stick, and the woman next to me was waiting even longer for just one Cinnabon. You would think that times like that wouldn’t be possible for such simple items but it’s not an exaggeration. Just a huge lack of preparation. The lady working there yesterday afternoon was beyond rude to us.
Was trying to finish my Cinnabon I bought from the mall and I found a piece of long black curly hair in it.... just disgusting..... yuck....
