Was trying to finish my Cinnabon I bought from the mall and I found a piece of long black curly hair in it.... just disgusting..... yuck....
This is the first time I've ever gone into a Cinnabon in the middle of the afternoon and most items already sold out and nothing coming out. Very disappointed especially since it is not a quick trip
The Wellington Mall location has some operational issues. This has happened to me twice now. On the menu board, it clearly states that you should get a four pack of Cinnabon cinnamon rolls and only pay for three of them; that’s the advertised promotion. However, when I tried to order a four pack at 2 PM this afternoon, they said that they were out of the four packs. Tried to order a 6 pack of cinnabon. They were out of the premade packs and refused to sell me 6 rolls without charging them individually for twice the cost. Apparently this is company policy. Excellent policy if you're interested in losing customers.
