Brooklyn today was a delight, very friendly!
The girl behind the counter was incredibly rude, the mini cinnamon rolls we ordered were so scorching hot I accidentally dropped them and it literally caused blisters on my leg. Don't let the lovely smell of cinnamon draw you into disappointment and pain.
Each time I've gone here, the employees are always trying their best to make customers happy. Cinnabons are amazing and fresh!
The guy basically tossed my bun onto the counter and it was disgusting. The bun had to be old and soaked in water. I thought that they were supposed to be fresh. This was my first and last Cinnabon. I will make them myself.
Location is tricky, and you WILL have to mow down a few of the slower-moving tourists who will walk into the path of your vehicle on these narrow, cobblestone streets of old Saint Augustine; BUT, it's for Cinnabon. You do whatever it takes to get to Cinnabon. Everyone knows the rules.
