Been trying to contact the business since Tuesday has a voice mail that's not set up spent alot of money for my Cinnabon to be extremely hard, my coffee was good but honestly couldn't enjoy it without the cinnabon💔🤣
I usually love this location but they took forever to make our food.
Got a raw classic I go back and show them and the girl says there not raw it’s just a gooey center it dosent help that the girl had an attitude when I was being helped no smile no eye contact the service just felt rushed and unprofessional. This locations a nightmare nowadays years ago when they first opened it was ran under different management and staff was actually professional avoid this place. Unless u want a dissapointing experience
Rude employees jasmine and Katherine were both rude have had numerous issues on multiple occasions with both of them just an attitude every time I try and order my suggestion would be to get rid of them this is no way to run a business with disrespectful staff
This place is beyond unprofessional. I took my son and his friends to mall they stopped by Cinnabon while I shopped made a purchase and asked for item to be heated. He was then told no and yelled at because she said it’s warm enough and she wasn’t doing it! So I called store today asked for a manager and she answered when I asked her name for corporate she laughed and hung up! So I will be calling and I will be going up to the location
