My husband and I came here and the woman taking our order was very rude. And we received our order completely messy with frosting all over the outside of the Cinnabon packaging. We went up to order and I told her I had a QR to scan she said she wasn’t able to and rudely told me she needed the numbers not QR to scan as if I was supposed to know myself. My son had the Cinnabon which he said was Delicious, I had a Schlotzky sandwich which was also delicious 😋 Very empty place when we went, but we prefer less folks. The service was respectful & fast.
My Cinnabon was so dry there was little frosting on it it was in the warmer for so long and it look dark yellow I paid 9.48 for literally trash I couldn't believe the quality I was served
Not a standalone: Inside a Schlotzsky’s deli.
They do not sell the same Cinnabon as the actual Cinnabon in the malls in my opinion. The Cinnabon was small compared to Westridge Mall( Desert Sky Mall). It looked like the store bought cinnamon rolls, the box looked old with dried up red stuff on it.
