From the moment I called to my arrival at the location to pick up my box of Cinnabon the customer service was amazing. I called to get information on the location to see if I would make it in time before they closed and immediately the young lady that answered helped answer all my questions and even offered to put my order aside so I could pick up without me having to worry about driving a long distance and showing up to no more product being available. Unfortunately, I’ve had multiple disappointing experiences at this location. A few times my order wasn’t fresh and didn’t feel fully baked, which is frustrating because Cinnabon is usually amazing. On top of that, the customer service hasn’t been great. Some employees seem unhappy to be there, and it honestly feels like you’re bothering them — almost like they’re paying for your order out of their own pocket. Staff is very unprofessional
I went to the mall just to buy a Cinnabon and the person in line in from of me bought the rest of them and they weren't making any more for the day.
