Horrible customer service. Big orders are too much trouble apparently. I came early this morning around 10:30 not long after they opened and there were NO customers. I purchased a 6 pack but was going to order 24 Cinnabons w drinks for employees at work; however when I politely asked if I could take individual boxes so that I could separate them, the confused looking girl at register made a big deal about the boxes “No…. Only the big box…” in broken English (i assumed she couldn’t understand much English at first) …so I aske... read more
Online order not made in advance even though I came in 10 minutes late to ensure it was made. Worker did hop right off her phone to make it, though. 🥴
I wish it was a freestanding store. Cinnamon rolls are always good though!!
Worst customer service ever!!! They didn’t greet me, they didn’t answer my questions. I told the Asian and the black man thank you 10 times after they gave us our order, but they didn’t say anything!!!
