The lady at the register needs to work on her customer service. I wasn't pleased when I went there.
I had a really bad experience at Cinnabon. I went up to the counter just to ask for a simple cup of ice, and the lady working there completely ignored me. I said “excuse me” at least five times, and she still didn’t acknowledge me at all. It was really frustrating and honestly felt disrespectful. I wasn’t asking for anything complicated, just a quick request, but the lack of customer service made the whole experience unpleasant. Definitely disappointed with how I was treated.
Placed an order through Amazon Grubhub with this location. After a lengthy delay, the app showed a driver en route to pick up the order. Despite this, the order was later canceled and no food was ever delivered. Allowing customers to wait while tracking a driver, only to cancel afterward, is unacceptable and a significant waste of time. If an order cannot be fulfilled, it should be canceled promptly instead of after prolonged delays. Posting this so others are aware when ordering ahead or using delivery.
I recently went to this location and asked for a cup of Ice as I’ve done many times before, and the lady behind the register who said she was the manager was very nasty and rude to me and told me it would be a charge for the ice. I’ve never been charged for just a cup of ice from them before, and I’ve been there with different employees before and all were happy to serve me. She let me know that she’s always there and that they charge for everything. I would’ve been happy to pay if she wasn’t so nasty and rude to me.
Cinnabon fell off. Too expensive, the items suck, and they nuke everything in the microwave!
