I recently went to this location and asked for a cup of Ice as I’ve done many times before, and the lady behind the register who said she was the manager was very nasty and rude to me and told me it would be a charge for the ice. I’ve never been charged for just a cup of ice from them before, and I’ve been there with different employees before and all were happy to serve me. She let me know that she’s always there and that they charge for everything. I would’ve been happy to pay if she wasn’t so nasty and rude to me.

Came 15 mins before the closed asked for extra frosting and caramel, was told no because they were about to close ... I can see why they had so many at the Cinnabons left
I was charged three times on a gift card meant for multiple locations and now I have a balance of $0. Mind you the order was $14 and there was $36 on the gift card. The manager blamed me for swiping the gift card even though the cashier said it was okay. I reasonably assume they know they charged me more than once because the receipt said I still owed them roughly $7…
