Nataly was such a wonderful worker, her energy was 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽. I love the pretzels and cinnamon rolls but would return just bc of her personality!

I believe that giving great customer service is a plus at any place of work and I came in to order nicely and immediately female employee working tonight at the end of day first thing she said was you need to hurry because i need to leave! Mind you i was asking question and she continued to pack food without me placing order because she wasn’t listening i had to tell her twice to stop and listen than proceeded to roll her eyes. Older lady was checking someone out while I was still overlooking the menu and when she finished with that customer she called me over telling me to hurry up so she can leave which is highly rude and I don’t usually ever get Cinnabon so I wasn’t sure what I wanted. I went 30 minutes before closing so rushing me was not needed, I saw a sign about any size any topping so I asked what toppings they had and she just started grabbing random cinnamon rolls when I was asking a question to them decide what I wanted to get.
