Customer Service is nonexistent at this location. I stood at their counter next to the card reader for a good 30 minutes with no interaction from any of the staff members. When I asked if I can get some help, one guy decided to let me know that their line is shared with their neighboring establishment, Anne’s Pretzels. El lugar es pequeño pero los roles de canela Cinnabon son deliciosos, mis favoritos. El servicio es excelente, siempre muy atentos. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.
Horrible customer service. There are literally 7-8 people in back and one open register. Just horrible service for a national chain.
