Don’t shop here — they prop their door open while running the AC, which is a huge waste of energy and illegal in NYC
Long story short, I was hungry and the cinnamon bun the girl gave me was burnt. Not just a little, very and covered the char with frosting. The thing was hard as a rock. Pissed that I spent money on this crap.
The customer service is absolutely remarkable. My son only eats his Cinnabon from this location Thanks for taking care of your customers
