The gentleman behind the cover was working really hard to get cinnamon rolls out for customers in a timely manner. And even though it was a hot day and he was pretty slammed he was kind and kept a cheerful smile on his face. I appreciated all his help and the yummy cinnamon rolls!

This was my worst experience with Cinnabon. All I got to say is my plastic fork broke trying to dig in. My Cinnabon was not soft at all.
I love Cinnabon, I'm happy that there is one so close to my house. I was disappointed that the bottom of my Cinnabon was hard, I couldn't chew it, don't know if it was over cooked or if I sat under the heat lamps to long. I've never had any problems before.
After charging me more for the "fresh" cinnamon roll, I ask why the price on the sign says less and she replied those in the boxes already, which are also fresh are less, then wouldn't charge me that price after I asked to switch. SCAM
