The gentleman behind the counter was working really hard to get cinnamon rolls out for customers in a timely manner. And even though it was a hot day and he was pretty slammed he was kind and kept a cheerful smile on his face. I appreciated all his help and the yummy cinnamon rolls!

The best customer service. This guy was awesome!
This was my worst experience with Cinnabon. All I got to say is my plastic fork broke trying to dig in. My Cinnabon was not soft at all.
I love Cinnabon, I'm happy that there is one so close to my house. I was disappointed that the bottom of my Cinnabon was hard, I couldn't chew it, don't know if it was over cooked or if I sat under the heat lamps to long. I've never had any problems before.
