I went on around 4:30 PM today (January 5, 2026) It was my first time there so I was just asking the cashier if the cinnamon roll in the cup comes as one whole piece. The store was almost empty and there were two women working. One of them was making cinnamon rolls and wasn’t even taking my order but she came over and said “What do you want?” with a very annoyed look. We bought cinnabons at Kuhio Mall in Hilo on Saturday at 2:00 in the afternoon. Usually the workers are very pleasant but that day an older lady took our order. She was not pleasant at all. I donʻt know what her problem was but she ruined my ʻono for cinnabons that day :(
Birthday Cinnabon
Delicious and fast!!! What more can you ask for? Hella sweet, though.
LOCATION: HILO The cashier I had was an older woman who rudely asked me “WHAT DO YOU WANT?” And gave me an attitude through out my whole transaction. She also gave my brother who was in front of me the same treatment. This was genuinely the WORST service I’ve ever had EVER!
