Very disappointed with this location. Everything here felt completely different from my first visit at the Cinnabon in Great Mall, where I had an amazing experience — the roll was full of pecans, beautifully made, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. But here, at Westfield Valley Fair, it was the opposite. The roll looked messy, and there were barely any pecans at all — as you can see in the photo. It just felt off. Subject: Inconsistent Quality and Service at Cinnabon Locations I often purchase the Caramel Pecanbon and have noticed a big difference between locations. At the Great Mall, they usually add three to four full scoops of pecans, which I really appreciate. However, at other locations — including the one I recently visited — I usually get just one or two scoops, sometimes not even full ones. It’s strange.
