Overall, positive experience. Line was short and moved quickly. Flo had good customer service and was personable. One customer service change I would recommend is greetings. I made eye contact with four employees and not one smiled, communicated, or acknowledged us. One employee needs to be retrained on food safety. He opened both of his personal water bottles with his food safety gloves on, refilled the water bottles and then went back to work…with the same gloves on. Over all a positive experience today. I went in one day, (July 18th 2026) They had no Mocha Latte Chill because they had no milk to prepare the mix. I went in the next day and ordered 4 lg Mocha and they only had small cups so i ordered the smalls and asked for a drink carrier, guess what? yep none, the server said they haven't had them for over a year.. I was there last Dec and they had them.. The person behind the counter was very grouchy...
THEY CHARGE $1 FOR WATER AND IF YOU GET ICE IT IS AN EXTRA $2. I would not recommend going here at all. Not friendly, and all stuck up. Major thumbs down.👎
