This is the only Cinnabon place near me. I moved here from Atlanta (home of Cinnabon) where it’s delicious! I am craving one so badly, but dreading going back to this location. Staff is okay but it’s like they don’t care to follow the recipe. Someone posted a picture of their Cinnabon saying it was so delicious. Horrible customer service. Offers not mentioned at time of purchase and when I asked to redeem advertised freebie, I was told to reorder and basically leave the line if I wasn't going to place a new order. There was nobody behind me and the employee was making it seem like if ai redeemed the advertised offer, it was going to come straight out of her pay. The food was as expected. The drink was 'meh'. Probably not returning for another 5+ yrs once again.
