My interaction here was quick but just in that short amount of time the lady I interacted with was SO kind. She pointed out napkins and forks to me and then even asked me after warming up my cinnabon bites if the temperature was okay. Although it was a quick interaction I felt like my experience there was so nice!
The young African American girl with curly hair gad very poor customer service. She made very rude expressions as if she were upset about my questions. I think a small act of kindness goes a long way and as the cashier she is representing the company.
Man. I AM GOING TO KEEP REPORTING THIS UNTIL CORPORATE GETS BACK TO ME OR I SUE. Yesterday I ordered a raspberry lemonade along with 2 Cinnabons — not even 5 minutes after drinking the raspberry lemonade I started feeling nauseous and my stomach started hurting severely along with an onset of chills.
