Stale dried out cinnamon rolls. That is the whole business model of Cinnabon is fresh cinnamon rolls. Not this store. I got there 3 hours after it opened, and was salivating all the way home to taste these ( it has been 8 years). I was so disappointed to discover that they sold me 2 day old cinnamon rolls. No, no ,no...this store is ruining the reputation of Cinnabon stores. So sad...
We went at 1:30PM on May 4th to get the butterbeer drink and cinnamon roll. The male worker there said there would be at least a 30 minute wait for the drink and the roll. He said they don’t know how to make it. I figured at least the drink would be quicker than 30 minutes. It should be written on a card and an easy process. I do not understand why do a promotion and not have workers prepared to do it by 1:30 in the afternoon. I would understand more so if we went right at opening, but come on now. I’m sharing this to hopefully get management or corporate attention. We purchased a box of 4 Original Cinnabons from the Cinnabon at Tanger Outlets in Sevierville, TN on December 11. Unfortunately, the cinnamon rolls were extremely stale and dry and clearly not fresh. The following morning, we noticed a handwritten date on the box that read September 9.
