The guy at the counter was unbelievably lazy. I asked for the 6-cinnamon-pack and clearly told him I wanted one from the fresh trays that had just come out and were still hot, because I’d like to have one right away. He flat-out refused to pack those and kept pointing me to the pre-packed ones. When I insisted on getting the fresh buns, he deliberately rang them up at the individual price instead of the pack-of-6 deal. Absolutely pathetic customer service

I had a coupon rewards on my phone and it was clearly visible. The store manager gave me a nasty attitude and kept saying my coupon didn’t work when it was legit through their app.

En este lugar nunca sirven los cupones que ellos mismos dan. Cuando ya pides te dicen que no les funciona el código. Al final toca comprarlo y luego cuando vas a ver tu cupon dice que ya lo usaste. La señora que atiende ahí en la caja es tan pero tan antipática. No es nada amable y no explica nada. De lo peor. Por lo menos los pastelitos estaban buenos. Pero si tienes cupones con ellos mejor ve a otro lugar
