Terrible! Bought the mini version for my husband. Got home and they were hard as a rock! Never again! $6 for crap
Cinnabon use to be soft warm and delicious. At this location, their Cinnabons are always hard and crispy. They go as far as measuring out the amount of icing they put. If you catch them pulling the Cinnabons out the oven, they put the pre-measured amount of icing and even if you pay for extra icing they WILL NOT put the icing on the Cinnabon. They take the happiness out of it. "New owners" need to go.
Tried to buy Cinnabons but employeess weren’t there to open on time, told to wait, supposed to be open at 11. At 11:22 told we are ready, order a Cinnabon and was told it will be 20 more minutes. What a joke!
