Extremely disappointing customer service at Cinnabon, especially at the mall (Cherry Creek Mall ) where I enjoy shopping on weekends. My husband and I simply wanted to enjoy something sweet, but unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant. The employees who assisted us were rude, unprofessional, and provided a very poor level of customer service. Amazing service! IIse was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. She made sure my order was fresh and prepared perfectly. It’s always nice to be greeted with a smile and treated so well. She provided excellent customer service and made my experience at Cinnabon even better. She definitely deserves 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Whoever is in charge of this Cinnabon needs new employees WHO actually want to work and serve customer and aren’t rude ! Was craving a Cinnabon and waited forever for someone to help me and when they did, these 2 Hispanic woman one with butterfly tattoos on her neck acted very rude and acted like I was a bothered to her . Today I visited Cinnabon to enjoy one of their tasty treats as I was there. I had some young ladies in front of me that I overheard politely asking the employees if they could take their order instead of talking on their phones the employees immediately snapped on these girls, I couldn’t get a chance to follow up on them to see what was going on, but then I seen the Cinnabon employees following the young women recording them with their phones this isn’t Cherry Creek behavior.
